disinterested staff awful food
the hotel sits right on the beach, convenient.
the staff's lack of interest was noticeable, except at the pool bar where service was acceptable. the food at the pool bar was really not good.

The room included two separate sinks. There also a rainfall shower in it. Breakfast was awesome. There was a wide range of options available. The rooftop pool has amazing views.

capable staff nice selection delicious food
Check-in and check-out went very well. The staff was capable! I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, and the breakfast selection was nice. The rooftop pool has a beautiful view. The restaurant on the third floor offered delicious food with excellent presentation.

comfortable bed superb breakfast
The hotel is located directly across from the beach. beach towels were available at the reception. the bed was the most comfortable i experienced. breakfast options were superb. I enjoyed those a lot.

The breakfast buffet offered many choices, with options from european, vietnamese, korean, and chinese cuisines. It was both plentiful and delicious. they also serve tea, coffee, cake and fruit in the lobby every afternoon.

great variety beachfront location excellent service
The breakfast selection was amazing with a great variety. the beachfront location offered easy access to nearby attractions. i found the staff very friendly and helpful. Their service was excellent.
The elevators were a bit crowded during peak hours. I had to wait a few times.

nice beachside experience
comfortable loungers attentive service
I appreciated the rooftop pool. it featured comfortable loungers and provided great views. the complimentary afternoon tea was also a nice touch. It included a variety of cakes and fruits. i liked the attentive service from the front desk staff, who were always ready to assist with any questions. the bellmen were similarly attentive and helpful.
sound insulation was not great. i could hear noise from the hallway, which sometimes disturbed my rest.

The hotel is located directly across from the beach. This made access very easy. you only have to walk across the street to reach the sand and sea. It was so convenient! the location was perfect though the parking was expensive

our beautiful twin room featured a sea view. the beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. i did notice the furnishing finish in the room,it was a bit worn and dated.

the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options. i found something to suit my taste each morning. there was even a selection of local dishes, which i wanted to try. the dining area can be a bit chaotic, so it's best to arrive early.
